Zoleikha Davari

Born in 1998, Zoleikha Davari lives in the village of Garkaz in the Jargalan region of North Khorasan Province, Iran. She began weaving at the age of 10, learning the craft alongside her mother and sisters. At 14, motivated by her passion for education, she enrolled in her village’s religious school, where she studied religious subjects for seven years. During this time, her strong interest in the arts led her to learn professional embroidery. After completing her studies, she began her professional career in embroidery. She joined the project in 2023 and is currently an active collaborator.
